Unfortunately the safari event has not happened this year but luckily there’s still some photos that I haven’t added to this site yet that will tide you over till the next time.

The last lot I posted were at the train station. If memory serves correctly we went to the Mansions after that which is best forgotten I think. I haven’t any photos from there but after that we went to the Jade Monkey.

Some people might not be aware but there was a marriage proposal en-route to the Jade Monkey – Matt proposed to Cath. They were married in March this year. It’s a safari soap opera to be sure.

We are running out of room for photos on this website because of the amount of available space so I have to think about what to do about it.

Therefore after a bit of a cleanup I’ve added these photos that Michelle gave me.

This year it was at the train station as it has been in the past. It was a surprise to the security guards who were a bit beside themselves but we are a pretty well-behaved crowd and once we’d taken the photos we left and people were once more able to descend the stairs easily to catch their trains.

Here’s a selection of the group arriving at the train station, getting ready on the stairs and standing on the stairs for the photo shoot. See if you can spot yourself.
